From Toronto (or Hwy #40/#401 Intersection)

Drive North from Toronto on Hwy
#400. |
|
| |
2. |
Continue past Barrie. |
| |
3. |
Stay on Hwy #11 north of Barrie,
do not take the #400 turn off. |
| |
4. |
Continue North on Hwy #11 towards Orillia. |
| |
5. |
Approaching Orillia, look for Casino
Rama signs. |
| |
6. |
Exit at Hwy #12 South (Whitby),
one exit past ‘Memorial Avenue’. |

Continue on Hwy#12 towards the East,
through the lights at Memorial Avenue. |
| |
8. |
Hwy #12 will veer slowly to the left,
and come to a ‘T’ intersection. |
| |
9. |
Turn Right at the ‘T’,
and continue on Hwy #12. |
| |
10. |
Go over the Narrows Bridge (Lake
Simcoe on your right, Lake Couchiching on your left. |

11. |
Turn Left at the 2nd lights
after the Narrows Bridge (well marked for the Casino). |

Continue North towards the Casino (5
miles). |

Go 1 mile past the Casino, and look
for ‘Airport Road.’
Turn Right on to ‘Airport Road’ and follow it to
the end. |

After 2 miles, the road will wind around
as the airfield comes into sight. |

The Stanton Air base is the large white
building by the parking area. |

From Gravenhurst / Muskoka Area |

Drive South on Hwy #11 toward
Orillia. |
| |
2. |
As you approach Lake Couchiching, look
for the exit for #169 at the town of Washago. |
| |
3. |
Exit at Washago for #169, and
follow it over the highway to the east. |
| |
4. |
Pass through the village of Washago. Turn right immediately after leaving the village, on County
Road #44 (aka Rama Road). |

Follow Road #44 south for 8 miles, past
a number of camps and small hamlets like Floral Park and Longford
Mills. |

When you pass Longford Mills (look for
the Leadbetter Meat shop on your left), be ready for the airport icon
sign for Airport Road. (if you miss Airport Road, you will
end up in the village of Rama at the Casino! Could be expensive!) |

Turn Left on to ‘Airport
Road’ and follow it to the end. After 2 miles, the road will
wind around as the airfield comes into sight. |
